Went in on 15 Dec 2024. We booked in advance through WhatsApp. They can communicate fluently through WhatsApp and even the receptionist can communicate in English fairly well. When we reached they told us if there is a feedback do let them know and do not post online if the feedback is negative. Well while waiting we heard a customer complaining that she has the massage with her friend but her massage started late but ended at the same time as her friend. So basically her time paid for the massage was undercut. We had our oil massage for 90mins. The price is definitely more expensive than Absolute. Our massage was done on mattress on the floor type. No proper massage beds. My massage lady was late. The other massage lady wants to start massaging my friend first. I said no. Start together at the same time. Apparently the massage lady for me was having her lunch. Wonder why they never plan this properly when I have made reservations 2 to 3 days in advance. Why let us wait. I made requests for skilled massage ladies. So the massage was ok for me. The timing as usual was cut a bit short compared to the time we paid for. Their business were good. When we finished our massages and went for the ginger tea we discovered that they provide free shuttle. When I made enquiries the reply is as long as we give them 5 stars for review online we can get the free shuttle to the ferry. I ended up cancelling the free shuttle to the ferry station. They are definitely not rated a 5. A 3.5 to 4 rating will be more reasonable. My opinion is definitely worth more than the free shuttle ride. Did see the receptionist genuinely trying to pacify customers with negative feedback. I hope they do improve with the feedback and not get customers to post high rating feedback because of the free shuttle. Absolute provides free shuttle but the receptionist never asked me to give 5 stars rating...

On CNY Eve, I had a 90 mins body scrub at Pure massage My masseuse, #11 whom I believe her name is Tina, is slightly petite yet is able to give a very firm and deep massage. I'm one who likes medium to high strength when comes to massages. I did not request anything regards to strength and the moment she started massaging, I immediately felt a wave of relaxation sensation all over my body. She could pop almost 90% of my fingers and toes when nobody else could before. Prior to body scrub was body oil massage so a bath is needed if not you will feel whole body is sticky. She got me a VIP room to bath and I was happy since I can take my time to dress back after bathing, alone in the VIP room. Also Tina is pretty good in English, helps translate her colleague's message to my man which I'm grateful for. Bfore leaving, I requested for hairdryer as my hair is a little wet from bath, she handed one to me from the recept. At the end, I had a ginger tea it was quite spicy, less sweetened. We went for a 1.5 hours aroma foot massage, with guys and girls. The masseuses assigned were all male and was recommended by the counter staff due to their skills.

When they were massaging the guys’ legs, they only massaged up till the mid thigh or the kneecap. But for the girls, they attempted to molest them and massaged until the inner thigh, extremely near the private area. And it was several times and not just a one off occasion.

Luckily we had a malay friend in our group, and he said that the masseuses were sporting and rooting each other on by comparing how far up they could go before getting caught or stopped.

Even though my masseuse was very good in his massage skill, I find this act extremely disgusting to have come from such a classy establishment. It absolutely compromises the company’s integrity given that this comes from not just 1 masseuse, but likely from multiple masseuses.
