Bad service. The employees never smiled. Not friendly. The manager is worst. I've been there three times to buy gifts because I happen to like their collections and receive the same vibe everytime. The last time I was there I bought an earring. I told the manager the post is a bit crooked. She said they don't have another one. I thought its alright it wont fell off. But I went home and tried it, it fell off right away. I texted their whatsapp nobody answered for days. When I went there the week after (because its far from my place) they told me they only have 1 day exchange policy. I said i texted u guys u didnt answer. The manager end up giving me a week extension for exchange for another item. He said she'll told me that if they have the same earring she will text me but never did. I end up having to text them first because time is due.

Imagine I'm a repeated customer already n thats how they treat me.

But the worst is just the UNFRIENDLY service when u visit the store and no genuity in handling customer's complaints. Meanwhile they were the ones who provided broken/ poor quality product.

Just awful service. I rarely write online review but here I am writing for this store from total disatisfaction.

I wanna see if they really read reviews from customers n learn from them. Let's hope they are mature enough to be able to receive feedback and know how to improve themselves instead of sulking and becoming defensive, n blaming the customers for their own mishaps. This store is AMAZING, there are total of 3 one is the actually Giovanna Photography store where you can purchase her prints, and see her art work and the other 2 are for home goods. The stores have so many beautiful pieces.. one of a kind items, I spent so much money but so well worth it because the quality was so good and most things were made by hand. The icing on the cake was I actually got to meet Giovanna!!! She is by far my favorite photographer so being able to meet her in person and just engage with her was the cherry on top of my trip. I had the worst service ever here. I spent time picking and choosing pillow cover for my villa (as shown in picture), and when im done i simply said "sorry i messed the display" - while tidying and putting things back again MYSELF. And the store keeper said instantly: "next time dont take too long ya, there are other customers". THATS NOT HOW YOU TREAT ANY CUSTOMER. Very impolite.
