It’s interesting how they mentioned that they are using Canola oil for all the fried foods without knowing what’s the limit for canola oil hits its max smoke point or can or can’t be reheated. But I am sure they don’t really care about it by watching how the environment is a bit dirty and hadn’t been taken care of well. The waiting time to get my food was hilariously long. A soup for one hour? The tuna steak was okay. The waitresses were just chatting with each other and some looked so tired. They’re packed with people from mostly the same country origin (just come and guess what I’m referring here:)), which showed that cheap price point is the only reason they are here. Absolutely not for the service, the quality, the environment, etc. Coffee was good, I think they roasted their own coffee, thumbs up for the roaster, but I might get a bad barista that made me a bad Cappuccino that day. There was a tall guy at the cashier, and big, tried hard to look nice by calling everybody as “Brothers”? Which I found funny. And looked intimidating too instead of warm, nice, welcoming. But yeah, with the price you pay, just don’t expect more and they got the customers that like the way they do. Overall, the worst service I’ve ever had, and came here was a huge let down. They charges 2 percent if you pay with any card (which is not allowed in Indonesia, the merchant should pay the merchant’s fees! Someone needs to report them). And read other reviews before you come here (especially all the 1 star reviews), so you’ll be prepared and if something bad happens, it’s always the customers fault not theirs and they could say in front of your face that “you don’t need to come back, we’re packed with customers”. I hope one day the owner really pays attention to the staff

I couldn’t put more stars just because of the poor combination of service and food. We have ordered a breakfast at 10:34 (btw breakfast are for 60k until 11am) and waited for almost 30 minutes. Our patience ran out and we started to complain about the delivery time of our orders. We quickly realised that one of the staff members did not even write the order so we were just sitting there while everybody else was services lol I would understand if they have admitted that, but all the time they tried to calm me down with the words like “it’s coming, all cooking, 5 more mins”. Next thing I ask is to show me the receipt and the time of the order. It says 11:03 (which is exactly when I started complaining first). They have all order receipts printed out on the table and ours was not even the first one. I see that many other people around me had the same problem, so idk how to feel about it, just sad it’s happening lol It seems like the place is short of staff because the waiters are constantly running around. Clearly the place is outstaffed and I hope they fix that problem in the future The food was mid. Big plates but nothing really on them. Taste is ok Overall, I don’t recommend this place.

What a delightful place! I had the eggs Benedict. This one was served with a twist on the usual - it had corn fritters in place of the English muffin. I had mine with bacon and it was outstanding! It came served with a stupendous salad. Amazing ingredients (including black olives and sunflower seeds) and a delicious light dressing. Most places serve a little salad as a plate filler or an afterthought. This one was phenomenal. I also ordered a mocha which was just ok (I hate having to add spoonfuls of sugar to my drink to make it palatable) and I had a brownie which was disappointing- as all brownies in Bali seem to be. It was dry and crumbly. I have yet to find a delicious fudgy/chewy proper brownie anywhere in Bali. I should just stop trying as it seems lost in translation here. Despite those negative comments, I will absolutely return here again as my breakfast plate was stellar. Truly 5 stars! Service was very fast and friendly. I’m very happy even though my sugar craving wasn’t satisfied the way I would have liked it to be. Very reasonable prices here, only 60k for my bacon benny. I highly recommend the eggs Benedict!

Beautiful set up but I was disappointed with the meal that was served to me.

Upon arrival, I looked through your menu to see if you have vegan options. Flipped the menu over and BINGO, you have a huge list. I order the VEGAN Mushroom Burger and made sure my order was read back to me twice.

I was served with what looked like a great meal but I saw a piece of cheddar cheese on my mushroom burger... My gut instinct said it wasn't vegan but I politely asked your female server before taking a bite. She said "one moment I'll ask", ok.... a few minutes later, she gave me the thumbs up and said it's vegan. My gut stills said no, so I took it off my burger. 10 minutes later, yes 10.. a male server came up to me and he said no it's not vegan as he asked the kitchen staff.

Unbelievable.

Please consider educating your front and back house staff what is considered vegan. If you're going to provide this option on your menu, at least do it the proper way with education. If not, mine as well get rid of vegan options.

Thank you kindly for taking the time to read. This restaurant does have beautiful views and lovely decor. Just don't feel like I'll be back here because of...
