Used to love going here. It was always a highlight of my day and something to look forward to. Previous owners even put in special requests for orders, since I used to live in Naples and sometimes asked for things they didn't normally stock. New owners don't know much about customer service, arguing over cutting something in the deli the way it was requested - the way the previous owners used to do all the time. Unbelievable.
