Ordered food through deliveroo and didnt get half the food I ordered and the other half I got was actually wrong. When I called spar on the 8/8/20 at 12:17 I explained what had happened and she couldn't have been less helpful and she hung up on me. When I called again 5 minutes later a different girl answered the phone and greeted me with a nasty "hello". She said she "doesnt now what I'm talking about" and that she's "up the walls" and hung up on me. Great customer service from this establishment. Deli worker made a chicken roll without asking me for any salads and when I asked she said they didn't have them. They actually did have them at the second counter but she couldn't be bothered. She gave me the wrong kind of chicken. Guy at the till just scanned and took the money. Honestly a machine would be a more customer friendly experience at this rate.

Went here 19th of may 2020, for the sake of you bussiness check this out. staff weak off skills customer service, especially two indian guys on duty around 11,40am. With grumpy face,tired face, look stress,kinda I dont care to client that the feeling u get, wrong intonation while talking with client to me they are no interest to work at all, OMG!!!
