Magee Clothing Ltd — Local services in County Donegal

Went into the Donegal town shop looking to spend over €500 on a suit. The staff were an embarrassment, didn't want to engage at all, had to stand for 10-15 minutes to get service (the shop was not busy and 3 members of staff were behind the cashier talking) the first person I was dealing with left me while trying on suits (Stephen was his name I think) and another member left me standing for another 20 minutes (Ciaran was his name I think) and didn't return to me at all! A third member then came over to me and was helpful to an extent but couldn't find anything suitable in my size.

A really poor experience overall, which is a real pity considering the quality of the products and amount customers are willing to spend, will not be returning and recommending others...

Didn't want to know me in the south Anne street branch very recently. Staff were as ignorant as you like, unknown to them was the amount of business I wanted to bring their way. There was a very obvious sense they didn't want to deal with me (why I do not know) although I have my theories on why. I went to the Arnotts branch and they were so much more helpful and actually had what I was looking for readily available and also advised they will have more varied stock in the next couple of weeks (where south Anne street said that they couldn't source my requirements at all???)
