I ordered a 10 inch Dolce Vitta (goats cheese, rocket, walnuts and honey) for delivery this evening and unfortunately was extremely disappointed. The pizza arrived stone cold which I am not sure is the fault of the restaurant or the delivery service but, more bizarrely all of the toppings were put on just one half of the pizza. While this wouldn’t normally be a big deal to me the amount of toppings put on just one half of the pizza was so large that it was impossible to even spread them out without the whole thing falling apart as the toppings had formed into a massive clump that made the base very soggy and the whole thing impossible to pick up. For some reason a huge amount of honey was put on only one half of the pizza (you can see how wet half the box is in the attached photo) making that part very soggy and sickly sweet while the other side was almost completely sauce (which I will say was delicious and tasted very fresh). I have never left a review before and hesitated to do so now however I very rarely order takeaway and this set me back €20 for a ten inch pizza. It’s very unfortunate as the sauce was very tasty and it seemed like ingredients were fresh but most of the pizza was over all cold, inedible, soggy mush.

I ordered the Sfiziosa which is usually great, but this time there was a long black hair melted into the cheese. It was genuinely disgusting as it was really in under all the toppings except for a little bit poking out which I spotted. It was ordered on deliveroo, and I contacted them, but they recommended leaving a review for it.

40 minutes after the collection time and then the order wasn't right. The pizza is a good size and tasty. The pasta dishes are generous and filling. I'd also recommend the spicy potato side.

Very very poor quality. The pizza was fairly small for 12inch and generally overcooked with no fresh basil as requested. The chicken wings were microwaved to rubber and were nearly out of date having been first cooked on the 27th of January (it had the sticker on it! ) and I got it 9 days later. I hope I don't spend tomorrow on the loo. The sweet potatoes wedges were just horrendous. Absolutely horrendous. Horrific in fact. I've genuinely never seen anything like it. More at home at the back of a fridge in an episode of kitchen nightmares. But, that didn't stop then lashing then in a plastic lunch box into the microwave and sending them to me. They were over cooked and soggy at the same time. It's actually quite the achievement in bad cooking. I rang to complain and they said that the chicken and the wedges are allowed to be in the fridge for upto 10 days before they have to throw them out so my wedges and chicken were essentially 4 hours away from being thrown out but still deemed good to serve by ciao. My girlfriend flat refused to the food(if you could call it that) so we had to throw it out and then ordered from Base. (which was great) The whole thing cost 37 euro!!!! Yes, 37 euro (3 euro included for uber) I just wish I followed my instincts and ordered Base to begin with. Bottom line, don't chance...

Lies and poor execution.

I ordered from here on Deliveroo , and their menu is blatantly lying about their pasta option , the smoked chicken "breast" tagliatelle was just Deli counter chicken, not of the standard one would accept in a pasta dish.... maybe as a pizza topping... maybe.

Their bruschetta was poorly packaged and didn't survive a basic delivery trip; the tomatoes on top looked like the came straight out of a can; there was no basil , olive oil , garlic, balsamic dressing ... nothing. Should be titled "wet canned tomatoes on bread"

The pizza was passable, or would have been if not delivered ice cold.... but that is deliveroos fault. The pepperoni topping looked decent, and the cheese tasted like decent mozzarella once it was microwaved back to life.

In short, only order here for pizza, and only if picking...
