Lotts & Co. — Local services in Dublin

Straight over from Bologna, Italy to Rathgar, my sister brought me here to her "local", for the vegan sausage rolls which were ...meh....but the best was being shouted at by the cashier who missed/didn't hear my order for a plantbased cappuccino, not a mistake I make after 48 years a vegan. It was a oh yes you did, oh no I didn't situation. Wanting to avoid a Punch & Judy show and line of customers behind me, I said it was my fault, soft voice blah, blah or something like that. Got my drink eventually...meh.

My eight year old niece helpfully advised me that the is a new restaurant in Dublin you can visit where you get insulted deliberately but I pointed out to her, it's slightly cheaper to visit Lotts & Co for the same experience. Oh...

nice store but awful deli staff. 8 behind the counter right now 4 in a corner. Im the only one waiting to order a sandwich and not one person can help all, asked for service for the third time and finally success yipee but alas they disappeared she ran of and left to ask someone else. Three are cutting onions which is way more important than customers. They are like this every time we come in which is a quite a bit. Puts most of my local friends coming in as its always the same which is a pity as a nice store but where the customer is the last...

Rotten tomatoes, lettuce looks like 25 years old socks, dying spring onions, cucumbers like pudding. Staff on deserts/cakes totally uninterested to serve customers. I just wanted two slices of cakes. They served me like I don't deserve those 2 slices of cake, like I don't deserve to be in store at all. You can feel and see bad attitude and bad expression on them. Customer service 0 rating. Smile and positive attitude doesn't cost nothing. If they are not capable to do those 2 little things, this company don't deserve my money at all. Thanks but...
