Eating in Bellagio is always a unique experience. I don't think I can think of a single other restaurant where we feel so loved and taken care of. People at Bellagio have been our friends for 10 years now. One could even say that they are a major contributing factor for us to choose to buy the house that we chose, in the same village as they are, so much they made us love going there for dinners. During the period of the strictest lockdown they have been our trusted providers of prepared food: we knew not only the quality of the ingredients but also the care they put into preparing them and that made us feel safe and connected to humans. For years we have embraced the tradition to have the dinner of Christmas Eve with them. We go on purpose late in the night to be able to have a chat when the place starts to get empty. This year we have happily repeated the experience. I loved my Pappardelle with Venison Ragù where, as always, I put a ton of Parmesan layer after layer. They know it and support me in this guilty pleasure. We enjoyed the simplicity and tenderness of the pork belly. It was a true celebration to have their fantastic tiramisù. This time I even remembered to ask for a special portion of mascarpone cream only, for extra enjoyability! Their Valpolicella wine is just super. And then Maria the owner and her son Riccardo, such amazing human beings in how they take care not only of their guests but also of their staff. Nazareno, the maitre who has been serving & recommending us for years. The chef Mario, our kitchen hero, and all the rest of the fabulous international staff that has always a smile and a light joke to make our dinners so memorable. Every time we eat there we feel at home with family even if we have been expats for 10 years. It's special. It can't be captured with 5 stars only.

Came here for my birthday dinner as many people recommended this place.Nice restaurant, but no many spirits options if going for dinner and you fancy some. Tagliatelle was ok would appreciate more seasoning and also not sure about combination of beef with prawns. Only big disappointment was tiramisu!! I love tiramisu and was looking for to, but it was too creamy and I must say I had much better ones. Definitely pizza was superb 👍🏻

Food is fine, service is okay-ish (could be faster / more attentive). Vibe is so-so: given the prices, I thought it'd feel more upscale. I understand it's only a neighborhood restaurant, but some design aspects -- lighting, sound acoustics -- felt somewhat cheap, not in line with being "fine dining". Overall, good place for casual eating. But if you're having a special birthday, go elsewhere.

Myself and my best friend went back to Bellagio's Saturday 20th January. This was always our restaurant to go to from when they first opened in Terenure and so we decided to take a trip down memory lane and go back. Our reservation was for 6.45 and we arrived on time. The setting was lovely and the restaurant busy but with plenty of staff. We ordered the Calamari and Bruschetta to start and it arrived at 7.09pm (we took a photo it looked so good, thats why i know the time). While eating our starter a couple were seated next to us and the waiter congratulated them on their anniversary. We had our starters which were lovely & the couple next to us had their starter brought to them when we were finishing up ours. I ordered a seafood pizza and my friend went for a spicy pizza for our mains. The couple next to us had also ordered a pizza as part of their main course as it arrived while we were still waiting on ours. I mentioned to the waiter that we were still waiting and he didn't let me finish my sentence, just said, it is on the way. 15 minutes later, we said to another waiter we were still waiting for our main course. 10 mins later the waiter serving our table came down to see if we needed another drink, so we ordered another diet coke and friend had a red wine and we mentioned again, we were still waiting. The mains finally arrived at 8.20 with little to no apology of the delay. When we finished and our waiter was clearing our table, we said yes to seeing the desert menu, gluttons for punishment, because 15 mins later, still waiting to see the menu we said, enough, paid and left with no tip. The food was lovely but was no way worth the wait or terrible service. Such a disappointment as we only had fond memories...

Each visit to this restaurant is a treat, thanks to the attentive staff and consistently excellent food. The ambiance strikes a perfect balance between spaciousness and coziness, with inviting lighting adding to the welcoming atmosphere.

The carbonara is rich and satisfying, with perfectly cooked bacon and a side of grated Parmesan. The pizza is flavorful and generously topped, leaving nothing to be desired. And the gelato vanilla is simply divine, making for the perfect ending to a wonderful meal.

The staff is always friendly...
