Terrible!! Shocking customer service!

I waited an hour and 10 minutes for my food to arrive. When I phoned, at the 50 minute mark of waiting I asked how much longer my food would be the girl on the other end of the phone assured me that the the driver was out and 2 minutes away (I live 5 minute drive/walk from this premise and that’s missing all the traffic lights). 15 minutes later, still no sign I phoned again, of course at this point I was annoyed about the situation, I expressed my irritation to the the lady on the phone who hung up on me. I spoke with the delivery driver (who I understand, is just delivering and it is not his fault directly). He told me that busy nights sometimes food takes 40 maybe 50 minutes, at this point I said, I understand that but it had been over 60 minutes at this point. It was 70 minutes since I placed my order and I think that it is unacceptable to expect customers wait over 60 minutes for their food. If they had told me there was a delay or they were backed up in the kitchen it would have informed my decision as to whether to order or not. . They didn’t offer any apology, an explanation or remuneration for this, experience. I won’t be ordering from here again, nor will family or friends. Placed an order through the app at 7.30 on a Friday evening, received a text to say the order would be delivered at 9pm which was surprising. We called three times in the last hour and were told the order would be with us in the next ten minutes each time. It's now 10.15pm and still no sign. The last time we called we could hear the person on the other side of the phone roaring down another phone telling the customer that their order had already been delivered. ordered never arrived after two hours waiting. rang the shop and the advised on its way. called back again and they said it was delivered? I advised the rude woman on the phone it didn't arrive to my house?.. she said nothing she can do as her driver is back? ( surely makes no sense) asked for a refund she refused asked for the delivery to be sent to the correct address she declined also. said she would get a manager in touch still no phone call.
