Azan Halal Shop — Local services in Fingal

These people are the rudest people I have ever seen in my life. I have been to shops and this is the rudest shop I have ever been to. I went into the shop about 3 weeks ago they charged me 5.95 for the noodles,I paid 5 euro a week before, couldn't argue as I didn't have a receipt, but I had proof as I paid with my card. The guy behind the till called me a liar which was rude but I let it go.

I went back again to buy liver from the butcher side, I asked for 6 euro liver, got to the till and i was told 7 euro, I refused and told him I asked for 6 euro liver, which he replied rudely with "well it doesn't end up at exactly 6 euro". The guy at the butcher shop returned it and asked us to pay 6 euro. I got home and noticed I was charged 7 euro and 6 euro for the same liver, then called them because I knew the type of people they were and they attended to me rudely telling me to come back to the shop with the receipt for my money.

I went back about a week later and was refunded. Everything was okay until I went back yesterday to get yam. I asked if they could cut it so I could see if the yam was good in a very calm way , the other guy behind the till told me "if it was spoilt bring it back to me" which I thought he was being reasonable. The next day I was ready to make dinner for the family when I noticed the yam was spoilt, went back to the shop and i was told it wasnt spoilt and he could only give 50 cent for it. Then the guy who attended to me the day before pretended he didn't hear what was going on. So I told the rude guy at the till that the other guy told me to bring it back if I had a problem with it. but because this rude one said he could only give me 50 cent, the other one came over "saying we do not refund" even tho he told me otherwise the day before.

Then the rude one said "this is the way you come here to cause trouble". I studied Business for 4 years so I think I know the right way to treat a customer. The other one came over asking if I was mad by doing the hand gesture buy pointing his finger to his head asking if I was mad, at this stage I was so irritated. The rude one behind the till came out to drag me out of the shop while telling me I was banned from coming back to the shop, which I was okay with as they had the worst customer service ever.

Never in my life have I been treated with such disrespect in a shop, the customer service here is the worst I have ever seen. Ultimately in the end after all the disrespect I was given back my money and told i wasnt allowed to come back to the shop, but I felt as if I was in danger as they were becoming increasingly aggressive with me i had to leave the money with them. Please be aware while purchasing meat from azan halal today I bought one lamb shoulder which is approx 1.1 kg but they charged me 23.5 euro. When I came back home and checked the weight on kitchen scale it is 1.1 kg approx I call him on his number 0857529981 he (the bald man with short beard) told me that the actual weight of shoulder is 1.67 kg and after removing fat/bones it reduces to 1.1 kg approx which is in my opinion not possible although the meat he gave me has bones also so how its possible that almost 500 gms of fat present in 1.67kg meat. I have also attached photo of receipt. This is the second time it happened to me last time he added few things which i didnt bought which was definitely he added by mistake and he apologized me for that which is fine, but this time he definitely over charged me. First and foremost, meat is overpriced (beef with bones is at least €3.25 overpriced -- as of today -- as compared to the usual place from where I buy). When I inquired about an item that I bought yesterday in the most polite way possible, the owner's reply was like "apko nend nahi ayi hogi" (you couldn't sleep thinking the price).
