Pizza Max Coolmine - Dublin, Ireland — Local services in Fingal

The Pizza is good the management is not so.. In the paper list they have there the price was 11 they charged me 15.50 Hamburger advertised at 7.50 was 7.99. In total I spent 4.99 more than expected. I asked to speak with the manager. After trying to make a fool of me he admitted he knew the price it is not updated. He offered me some chips I didn't want as I was a loyal customer, but he did not offer money back.

He might have thought he bought me but in reality he gave me the measure of the limited extent he was willing to go. First, I didn't appreciate he tried to win the discussion in bad faith as he knew and will admit later that they knew of the mistake in the list. Then, the fact he wanted to counter-balance the 4.99 he took in excess with some chips I didn't asked and didn't want say a long story. As manager, he should have opened his wallet and given me 5 euro, or a small pizza otherwise. Something at least I wanted.

Also his justification was that nobody before complained. So basically he was trying to make me feel bad for complaining they were taking 4.99 more than what they advertised on the menu, out of my pocket. Despicable!

He showed me on Just Eat the "real prices" which matched the one they billed me. Problem is, I didn't order through Just it, where they pay a commission in percentage to Just Eat for its service.

And when tonight I went to check pizzamax.ie, there their shop is always offline but most importantly I found that there is another branch of Pizza Max in Finglas of the same franchise, and I found is significantly cheaper ( check yourself ) and should I choose home delivery is 2.50 vs 4.50 of Coolmine branch.

All in all, the Coolmine branch has lost me as customer. Their pizza is good, so I leave 3 star, but you need to respect your customers, not try to fool them when you are wrong and you know you are wrong. Bad way to do business!

Best pizza & delivery service, no other pizza place in D15 comes close. I have ordered plenty of times and have no issues at all. Pizza always arrives on time or earlier and hot. Their staff are always friendly and they recognise repeat customers which is a nice touch. Dont waste your time on ordering from anyone else. Quality pizza & Quality service. They also are having Grill town in same place. I would highly recommend their menu. I ordered the veggie fresh and i went to go pick it up, but i was met by a rude midget with pink hair. He said veganism is a bad choice saying i should eat his meat which i declined and gave a swift uppercut to the jaw. The image i sent is the height diff between me and the employee and he also asked about my daughter who is 12 months old. Wont be coming here again 1 out of 5 stars wouldn't recommend.
