Went there on a super high recommendation of a friend, customer services, I must is was ZERO, ordered 4 meal deals as it was my first time I didn’t know what’s included in the meal, the guy who took my order didn’t ask what type of fries or drinks we would need, later when I found that we have an option to select different type of fries- He told No, you can’t select as we can’t change because they Already made a choice for Us ( waooo)

Waiting time was awful, I was told it will take 20 mins, ended up waiting 40 mins almost ( double the original time)

I told them at the time of ordering that we need to Jalapeños in 2 Burgers, again not that I was surprised, Jalapeños were missing

I think guys at the counter taking order were not in mood of working today, nothing but lazy attitude, even when I complained he said ‘ Sorry’ in lame voice, he wasn’t apologetic at all.

Today was my second time ordering. First i wss so happy. Order arrived supper fast and burger was absolutely amazing. Wanted for my husband to try today. Ordered from app just as i did first time. Didn't receive notification so called after 20 minutes just to be told that the app is not working and they never got my order. So made my order again over the phone. 40 minutes later after i called my husband called just to be told that they dont have any order from me so made order again. 30 minutes after my husband called order arrived just to find out we got absolutely something else from what we order minus drinks we order.and Food wasn't good at all this time Im absolutely...

Got the delivery wrong. Missing three big items.. the driver admitted he left one of the items in his car but refused to drop it back because the shop was shutting and told me the next day he would drop it in but failed to see that he shop would be shut on Sundays. Also refused to give me the no. for the manager as the shop was shut at 12 I got my delivery at 11:50. Haven't heard anything from them and not received an email nor a full refund. Never Again I hope people don't get caught out by this takeaway the foods mediocre at best never at the right temperature and the lack of integrity of the staff is just disappointing.
