Ordered from here last night from my girlfriends just eat account, After over an hour of waiting on the food we decided to call up and see what the story was it was a sunday evening so we expected the response to be 'we are a bit busy tonight your order will be on the way shortly' etc, that response would have been acceptable, but we were constantly lied to down the phone, they said they made several attempts to deliver by calling phones and knocking on the door, they continued to say that the number on the justeat account was wrong which was a total lie and then when they said they tried to deliver at the door there was no answer which is another lie as our dogs are usually in the hall which is where they have their beds etc and bark hysterically if they as much as hear a car pull up or the gate open, it was very obvious that the food never left the shop and this was a fabricated story from the shop, the attitude from the girl speaking on the phone was laughable and when my girlfriend could no longer listen i was told to 'put that girl back on the phone now im not speaking to you' , when they said it was possibly the wrong house that was attempted that was even better as the receipt and note that we got with the food had all of my girlfriends personal info on it and that is a data breach if it is taken in by the wrong customer etc. Awful experience from somewhere that has never been trouble before, to be called in no un-certain terms a liar down the phone by the staff is simply not...

We have ate out of here a few times , last night we stopped by and got a a couple of pizzas etc . While eating them in the car, half way through my own pizza “Diavolo pizza” I noticed a black hair sitting nicely under the melted cheese . Definitely was not mind as it would have been over the cheese rather than under. Regardless of this, after noticing this , we all put our pizzas in the box and left them for the bin. We didn’t complain straight away as it we thought we wouldn’t make the pizza chef feel uncomfortable about this and thought we would share our experience on this and hopefully management and owners can revise their clothing structure . I noticed the “pizza chef” infact any of the staff not wearing any “HATS” or hair nets . In practical the pizza chef had black-brown hair along with a big fluffy beard which was open for any pizza to welcome a hair on to it . I strongly recommend this company to start wearing hair nets / and hats going forward as this a serious turn off for anyone . I will not be returning until I see...

Food was late so I called up. I heard the woman talking to the chef and he said he hadn't done it and forgot. Mistakes happen and that's fine but she lied to me. She told me it was fine and would be another 30 mins, admitting no wrong doing. Then put on the man who was just being passive aggressive to get me off the phone.

After paying 4.50 delivery charge for a 4 minute drive (checked maps) the driver called me and asked me to come to the road. I went out in the rain, he pulled up and opened the passenger door. From his seat said "I'm just lazy" and laughed. Handed me pizza from the car and left.

The actual pizza is undeniably lovely but I was so disappointed with everything else. Would be 0 stars from me if the pizza wasn't good.

I am willing to give second chances so I will order again some time and if my experiwnce is better I will update this review. For now though, very very...
