Apache Pizza Walkinstown — Restaurant in Dublin

In reality, this review goes to the Spar that has to be from the same owners as they have the place connected to that one. I am a usual customer to the place, and I used to go there to buy quite a lot. I bought a vape and I left outside to try it, to see if it works because sometimes they are faulty, but I made sure the CCTV could see me all time. As you guys know, vaping inside the shop is illegal so obviously I had to go outside. The vape was faulty, so I went again to ask them for a different one. They claimed that because I went outside they weren't gonna refund me. Obviously, I stated, CCTV can see me all the time I was literally just trying it. Then there was a woman who seemed the supervisor and she started speaking really rude. The other guy that was there, the one that sold it to me, even clearly remembering me as I was his previous customer, started saying he didn't know who I was (when I entered the shop again he said to me "is it not working?" as he clearly knew me). I work in a shop as well and I understand people that work in customer service, so I was speaking really politely saying that all I wanted was a vape that worked. Then they threatened me with calling the police, to what I said it was ok as I didn't do anything wrong. In the end the police didn't come as there was no point, but I was treated so badly and I didn't get the vape i paid for. This is also an advice to the owner: be careful with the staff members you employ, because they are making you lose customers. You cannot be that rude to people and expect that they are going to buy over and over after being treated like that. You lost me as a customer, which in the long term will be way more than the price of that vape, and I am pretty sure that you lost some other people that are going to prefer to buy in another place in which the staff members aren't rude. If what you want is to make money, customer service is really important and obviously your staff has no idea about...

Was normally a big Dominos fan but me and the lads have switched our favourite to here. Dominos has nothing to be running for anymore, Apache has the most amazing Chocolate and Caramel Lava Cakes that you would die for, their cookies are top notch and the pizza and garlic bread is much better than their competitors. They've really stepped their game up in recent years, once they sort out their junker of a website that feels like a website made in the 1990's, their app also doesn't work most of the time, and takes a huge amount of time to order as their website and app is just horrible to use.
