I went to the factory store and bought clothes for 350€. I was very happy with the shopping experience, the sales girl helped me to find the correct sizes so all fits good. Great products. However, the brand new socks had a hole. Manufacturing defect. I reached out to Santini’s customer service crew and they refused to change them giving me a discount code for next purchase. There will be NO next purchase. I’ll simply choose a brand that cares about its customers.

We recently visited the factory with the owner as a guide. Great to see gear being made. After we visited the factory store and made a few purchases. Unfortunately I purchased what I was assured were the best cycling overshoes they had but first time putting them on due to the very thin material one has ripped so can't use. . Considering the cost this is a major disappointment. Be very cautious about this product. P S. The other gear...
