Luxury for Less — Local services in Catania

Don’t waste your time trying to go to this store. I checked online for the opening hours. It said Saturdays 5:00pm to 7:30pm the store was open. I drove 45 minutes just to go to this store. When I got there I realized the store was not on the street, but rather it was behind a locked gate with some other stores. There is a call-box at the gate where you push the call button for the store so they can buzz you in. I tried the call button 3 different times and got no answer. I even tried calling the phone number for the store and got no answer. So you are taking a chance by trying to go here and hoping someone will answer the call button...

Desidero condividere la mia esperienza presso questa boutique perché ritengo importante valorizzare le realtà che si distinguono per competenza, autenticità e attenzione al cliente. Ho scoperto questo punto vendita per caso, ma sin dal primo contatto ho percepito un approccio consulenziale, trasparente e orientato realmente alle esigenze del cliente.

La ragazza si è dimostrata altamente preparata,con una profonda conoscenza del prodotto e una spiccata capacità relazionale. La comunicazione è stata chiara, empatica e mai forzata: una vera esperienza di vendita assistita come dovrebbe essere sempre.

A differenza di altri negozi secondhand in cui sono stata ,questo è sicuramente il migliore a Catania . Innanzitutto la cosa che mi è piaciuta tantissimo è il fatto che non è su strada , ma all’interno di un palazzo esclusivo sito in una delle zone più belle di Catania .
