Coop — Local services in Florence

I was rushing this afternoon buying tramezzini 3 pieces, but upon paying I have only 5 euro so I decided to pay using my coop tessera that containing 40 euro worth of grocery.I ask the lady coop how? But she said that it not allowed using tessera for my payment. I said ok I will pay 1 tramezzini for my 5 euro. I go back to my house to get money which 50 meters far to coop. I go back to coop information box to get idea how come my coop tessera is not allowed for payment. The lady check my tessera as it contain 40 euro. We go to casa veloce lady and she is denying to what she said and what she did. What can you say for this happened. Maybe beacause I'm straniere? It's very unfair! Sono tremare per molto arrabbiato!
