Sala Admiral JOYVILLAGE — Local services in Florence

No special shoes and single use socks offered for bowling like all the other venues around the world are offering and they rob people. Our kids won on different games a lot of tickets and the tickets been taken over by the venue manager saying the machines are broken. We've been around the world in such venues and this never ever happened. If you want to get robbed go there. High street robbery is there. I hope they won't ever run a casino as those people are capable to say something in case you win the jackpot not to give you the money. Never ever ever ever ever ever again here! Not recommend this place at all being as a tourist in Firenze for the the first time. Someone should shut this place down as they steal...

Get experience or should I say adventure. Staff were friendly, helpful and very accommodating. We are two from USA with limited Italian speaking skills. Took a Taxi to Joy Village from city center Firenze and could not get a return taxi to pick us up - all busy. Called for 1/2 hour- no taxi available. The Security Guard noticed we were still waiting and took it upon himself to assist us. He called for a taxi as well had one of the Joy Villge staff call. We had a taxi within 5 minutes! Ho fatto il compleanno di mio figlio e di un suo amico, ed è andato tutto bene le ragazze carine e ben organizzato, fino a quando è arrivato il momento di pagare. Abbiamo dovuto aspettare 15 minuti la “responsabile” che senza nemmeno scusarsi dell attesa e senza nemmeno un “buonasera” ha chiesto ai suoi collaboratori se c erano extra da addebitare. Confermato l’ addebito, ha emesso il conto che non ci ha permesso di pagare in due conti ( cosa che era stata chiesta al momento della prenotazione e ci era stato detto che non era un problema). Ok paghiamo l importo dovuto quasi 300€. Dopo averci fatto pagare mi dice” avete la tessera” io rispondo di no e lei mi consegna un blocchetto di omaggi spiegandomi alla velocità della luce di cui non ho capito nulla, alla fine della spiegazione domando della tessera e lei mi dice e’ inutile farla ora perché ho già pagato e ormai ho perso tutti i punti. Faccio un bel respiro e le dico che è stata lei a farmi pagare prima di farmi fare la tessera, e le chiedo di poter rimediare ( non tanto per i punti non so nemmeno quanti fossero ma per il principio) lei mi dice con un tono assurdo che dovevo chiederla prima, le faccio notare che io non lavoro lì e non lo potevo sapere.
