The Spa at Four Seasons Hotel Firenze — Local services in Florence

I’m disappointed to say that I did not enjoy my experience with The spa at The Four Seasons In Florence. I scheduled a 75 minute deep tissue massage and what I actually got was a 75 minute appointment where I did not actually get the massage for 75 minutes. In fact, the appointment Even ended a few minutes before the 75 minutes had been completed. The amenities at the spa are limited. I was frustrated they didn’t even have simple things like make up remover. The facilities are small and don’t include the hot tub and pool. Apparently that’s an additional €80 which is pretty surprising. There are two saunas, One steam and one dry, and the saunas are small so if there are multiple people the ability/comfort to use the facility is quite limited. People who are at the hotel also use the same facility, not just people using the spa.

Massage très bien réalisé et personnel très professionnel mais malheureusement les installations sont petites (le spa se limite à un sauna et hammam dans chaque vestiaire) pas de piscine intérieure. Si vous voulez accéder au jacuzzi à l’extérieur il y a un supplément de 80 euros. Dommage…alors que nous avions dépensé 1000 euros en massages pour 5 personnes…c’est la première fois qu’on me demande de payer ce genre...
