The Atrium Bar at the Four Seasons Florence is everything you would expect from one of the most exclusive and beautiful hotels in the city: classic, charming, and intimate, with a truly elegant atmosphere that reflects the historic grandeur of its setting. The bartenders embody what one hopes for in Italy – consummate professionals with warmth, impeccable manners, and a genuine passion for their craft. Service is both attentive and graceful, enhancing the entire experience from start to finish. As anticipated in a venue of this caliber, drinks are priced at the high end (approximately €25 per cocktail), and we initially intended to enjoy just one. But the first was so exceptionally crafted that it turned into four rounds of truly outstanding cocktails. A standout recommendation is the barrel-aged Negroni, easily one of the best we’ve ever had – balanced, deep, and perfectly executed. The Atrium Bar is the ideal place to unwind after a full day in Florence – serene, stylish, and unforgettable. Highly recommended for those seeking a refined end to their evening.

For a 5 star aperitivo or just a late night drink - escape into the comfort of the Atrium Bar at the Four Seasons Hotel. Delicious appetizers (salmon blinis were super tasty), well-made drinks (based on the likes of famous sport, cinema and music personalities), yummy bar snacks (those caramelized nuts are definitely addictive). Multilingual, friendly and accommodating staff will take good care of you. Thankfully, unlike most places, it’s not overcrowded (but certainly not empty). The prices are higher than an average bar, but completely appropriate for the place! A great place overall - comfortable, upscale. I recommend it!

After a long day of sightseeing, walking 22K steps including 463 steps up & dowm in the Florence Duomo & 414 steps in Giotto's bell tower, I treated myself to a luxurious charcuterie at the Four Seasons. The Chianti Reserve was fabulous, velvety and exactly what I hoped for. The charcuterie was off menu, but featured 5 Florentine cheeses, 5 Florentine meats, dots of rich berry jam, olive oil, balsamic vinger, rocket and more bread than this low carb girl has seen in a year. The experience was elevated to perfection by Four Seasons amazing service.

I ordered a mocktail by the name of “Sherlock” not knowing that there was a alcoholic cocktail by the same name. After I while I was feeling strange but didn’t think about the contents as the mocktail had 0.0% tanqueray which I thought was why it tasted slightly like gin. I only noticed when I got the receipt and was relieved that I was feeling strange because of the alcohol and not the heat.

When I mentioned it to the waiter(or supervisor?) there was a short apology and explanation that there are two drinks by the same name and no other mitigation.

As I usually drink alcohol this is not the biggest problem for me. I can imagine it being a problem for people of certain religions, pregnant ladies or people on medications.

Being to many four seasons globally this was the biggest mistake in service. Please change the mocktail name or make sure to have your staff to double check if the guest is referring to the cocktail...

We returned to the Four Seasons Florence after staying here last year, and once again it was a truly unforgettable experience. The Atrium Bar has become our favorite spot in the hotel, and this time we chose it to celebrate our daughter’s freshman year at the NYU Florence campus in Villa la Pietra. We were fortunate to be looked after by Leonardo, whose service was outstanding — gentle, funny, professional, and attentive in every detail. He even surprised our daughter with a thoughtful treat to mark this special milestone, which made the evening all the more memorable. The combination of the refined setting, warm hospitality, and Leonardo’s exceptional service made the Atrium Bar the perfect place to celebrate. We cannot recommend it highly enough, and we look forward to...
