What a blast we had in Papillon ! The shop has lots of pretty items, in very good quality and lotssss of sizes. I usually struggle so much in finding my size but the owner Danilo was such a sweetheart and kindly helped me and my boyfriend in our treasure hunt! On top of that, he and the rest of the staff were so friendly and chatty. That really upgraded our shopping experience ☺️

Ieri pomeriggio mi è capitata una situazione a cui mai prima d'ora avevo preso parte e di negozi in Italia e all'estero ne ho visti parecchi. Sono andata a ritirare un pantalone in pied de poule che avevo lasciato il giorno prima per far mettere un bottone mancante (lasciando un acconto), ho raggiunto la cassa per saldare il conto e comprare in aggiunta un maglione. Sulla loro pagina Instagram e in negozio avevano dichiarato che in occasione del Black Friday ci sarebbe stato il 20% di sconto su tutta la merce, esclusa la jeanseria. Facendo notare che ai pantaloni non era stato applicato lo sconto, il ragazzo in cassa ha cominciato a protestare dicendo che "volevo fare la precisa", che erano "solo quattro euro" e altre frasi un po' sconclusionate. È stato davvero imbarazzante. 1- Se decidete di scontare tutto tranne i pantaloni, scrivete pantaloni, non jeanseria. Perché un pantalone in pied de poule NON è un jeans, nemmeno ad occhi chiusi. E non sono stata io a "fare la precisa", ma voi a non esserlo stati. 2- "Sono solo 4 euro" e il resto delle frasi sconclusionate mi sono sembrate quasi un modo per darmi della pezzente, quindi non permettetevi mai più con nessun cliente, perché è proprio il modo migliore per non farli...
