I have been followed since one year now to find the perfect stone for my fiance engagement ring, and I am not been easy at all with all my changing ideas for this secret gift. I have felt totally comfortable with their advise followed by a genuine trust which made me feel absolutely in the greatest hands of those jewellers. I have to say that in the beginning I have compared all the stones and prices they showed me with other brands and friends to understand if I was treated fairly. The result has been absolutely outstanding. I truly thanks Mario MOSSA store for the incredible service received. What they made for me is unique and I am not talking only about the product. My rating is about the service only. They have good quality and beautiful products, no doubt about it. But I found very unpleasant and unprofessional that the lady, after finding out that I live in Switzerland, made some allusions on how Swiss banks are unethical. I felt it was important to let her know that Switzerland became rich because of the manufacturing industry way before banks existed, and she made fun of me with "è bello che facciano passare questo messaggio" (you can translate it to "it's funny that they want people to believe that"). And this while she lives in a region that has much bigger problems? Ridiculous! I am Italian and I hate this attitude, same as people abroad seeing us as "mafia". We have much to learn from Swiss people when it comes to respect for rules and laws. Maybe she should spend more time on history books and customer...
