I bought a high value watch from Oreste Troso on their website in July (2017) and was very pleased with the service they offered. I am based in the UK so was a bit unsure about purchasing a high value item from overseas. They patiently answered many questions I had about the watch, made me comfortable that everything was order and were comfortable showing me photos of the various documents. When the watch arrived, there was a slight issue with one of the documents which OT promptly resolved at their expense. The watch was very well wrapped and presented when it arrived, adding to the experience, and was in the condition described (new). They also told me they were not listed as an Authorsed Dealer on the Breitling website anymore as they had not recently chosen not to renew their AD status with Breitling, but their remaining stock would have the manufacturers warranty honoured by Breitling. I was a bit unsure about this but checked it with Breitling who confirmed it was correct. I have since taken my watch in and they have confirmed all is in order. I had a great experience at Oreste Troso jewelry store in Lecce. They have unique pieces and a vast inventory. I ended up purchasing two watches even though I had planned to buy only one. Si possono dare 0 stelle? Una è troppa. Ho ricevuto dei regali per il mio matrimonio di fine dicembre 2023 da diverse persone da questa gioielleria (non ne conoscevo nemmeno l'esistenza prima), chi ci ha fatto i regali ha specificato che avremmo potuto cambiare i regali senza scontrino e così siamo tornati in gioielleria a inizio Gennaio chiedendo di cambiare i regali fatti qualche giorno prima, il titolare però ci ha fatto notare che gli oggetti in questione sono stati comprati nel 2023 (ovvero qualche giorno prima, che ridicolo) ed essendo dell'anno prima non potevano essere cambiati. (Il mio matrimonio è stato il 28 dicembre pertanto il tempo per cambiarlo sarebbero state 48 ore secondo le bizzarre regole di questa cordialissima gioielleria che a quanti pare non ha nessun interesse a compiacere i clienti). Per fortuna una parte di questi oggetti sono in plastica e vengono utilizzati dai miei figli per giocare, altrimenti glieli avrei lasciati volentieri.
