They have a incredible selection of 18k gold that is unmatched with extremely good prices. My wife and I are still in awe of the quality of gold in both my cross and my wife’s necklace. The customer service was excellent and they really helped us with our tax paperwork and were extremely patient in helping us figure out the details. An Honest Jeweller: We were vacationing, spending 2 night in Lucca, when the battery of my wife's Ebel watch died. I searched the local jewellers and settled on Pedonesi, as someone I thought could do the job accurately. He repaired the watch while we waited (10 Minutes), and charged me no more than I would have paid in Canada. We returned later, a s my wife had lost the backing clip to one earring.
