Came to buy some candies from the store at Napoli Centrale. Left the store with problems and quarrels with the cashier woman, who at the end pointed a middle finger at me and my friends and called the security for taking a picture of the store. I am so disappointed! 10th of May, 19:45 pm I went with some friends to buy candies before we catch the train. The woman at the cashier was speaking with another colleague not paying any attention, not making any indication that she scanned my candies and i can pay. At the same time she scanned the candies of another woman who paid for my package as well. I was confused and explained her that i didn’t pay for my candies and she started making problems that i wasn’t paying attention and then started speaking with everyone in italian, telling them she doesn’t want to listen to my english and she cannot deal with that. I start laughing and told her that i do speak and understand italian as well and what she was doing wasn’t really well behaved. She started screaming, arguing with me and my friends. We left the store and she was making faces through the window, finishing with a middle finger. We COULDNT believe. Who in the world employ such type of people? I took a picture of the store (i will upload) and she came out and said “wait, wait, you cannot take pictures, i will call the police don’t move”. We were like ???? We waited for the police to come, the guys from the store in the front came as well and we explained to everyone in english what happened and i told them that i do speak italian as well and what she was saying at my face and at the face of my friend was irresponsible and rude. I showed the picture of the store as well, explaining that i didn’t capture any face on it, i just needed it to find for a google review. At the end we ended with police officers on our side, trying to calm her down because she was acting CRAZY and INSANE. No one from the store even bothered us but she was mad. This is not normal. Please, I do work with customers and this behavior it’s unacceptable and super disgusting. If i had more time, i would have requested a manager to come and speak to. Unfortunately i didn’t, i didn’t get her name as well as she didn’t gave me any RECEIPT, which is her duty and my right. Whatever, please...

Ottime offerte, ma i proprietari dovrebbero selezionare meglio le commesse. Di una antipatia e scostumatezza unica. Poi ci lamentiamo se il commercio online fa fallire i negozi... Storia: il magazzino regala una sacca per Halloween con una spesa di 10 euro. Fatto lo scontrino di 9.55 chiedo, vedendo il cartello, di acquistare un altro prodotto per arrivare all’importo dovuto. La simpatica cassiera mi risponde “no vale con uno scontrino unico”, mette il cartello “chiuso” e va in pausa... ecco, chi se ne frega del cliente e di una bambina di 5 anni che ha visto negarsi il gadget... Il regalo della sacca è ovviamente una questione di principio (oltre che non sai fare il tuo lavoro, perché la cassiera di norma dovrebbe dirti “se spende altri 50 centesimi ...”), non mi cambia la vita, anzi.. Bellissimo outlet dolciario. Ce ne sono altri in giro, questo situato al piano superiore del centro commerciale campania, fa la differenza. A parte ovviamente alla convenienza sui prezzi è rifornitissimo e l'unico neo che si può trovare è la grandezza del negozio che pur nn essendo affatto piccolo in proporzione alla tanta roba risulta piccolo. Questo neo cmq viene abbattuto dal fatto che il personale che ci lavora è molto professionale e gentile. Grazie a loro infatti ogni cosa è posizionata con logica e cura su ogni scaffalatura o espositore è pertanto nn risulta scomodo o fastidioso scegliere cosa si vuole comprare. Difficilmente oggi in giro si trova un negozio completo a 360° ed ecco perchè come detto fa la...
