Tragic customer service.
Bought two items early February. They stated delivery within 4 weeks.
It’s been 3 months now. No communication from design republic on the delay. I had to follow up myself already 5 times, some emails left unanswered, others say it will arrive this week hopefully ( that was a month ago ).
The item is still online available to buy with 2/3 weeks delivery time stated.
They have absolutely no feeling of responsibility. It’s not even about the delays, i work in retail too and can understand that things happen, it’s the lack of customer service. I only spent under 400e but they are selling items for thousands of euros there. I would be crazy mad. Do not shop there unless you are okay with not being treated serious.

The shop is well organised, has an excellent selection, in addition to which, what struck me most was the kindness, availability and professional attitude displayed by the girl who tended to us, Marta. She answered all our questions offering additional information for context and talked through various considerations we had, all without being nor pushy nor rushed, instead showing interest to help us find the best solution for our needs. I'll certainly return to conclude purchases at the shop, above all, in view of her assistance which added a whole added value to my quest for finding the best solutions for my home which I've been searching for good quality designer...
