Tonight it was really cold and windy, and what better than a delicious cup of hot chocolate with cream hand made on the spot for me? Also, as I was sipping my chocolate, couldn't help noticing the neon lights made serotonin molecule structure. Serotonin is the feeling good hormone and that's how u feel in this place. In addition, besides chocolate, u can have excellent coffee and tea also, and truffles and all different types of delicious chocolate, that are just standing by for u to try. Definitely worth u stopping by.

Desidero segnalare con rammarico quanto accaduto telefonicamente con il referente della sede di Via Solimena. In seguito a una mia lamentela per la mancanza di materiali necessari (scatole e buste) per confezionare i cioccolatini, presso la sede di Via Carlo Poerio , il referente ha reagito in modo sgarbato e offensivo, arrivando a rivolgermi espressioni del tutto inappropriate e irrispettose , dicendo parolacce .

Al contrario, vorrei invece elogiare il personale della sede di Via Carlo Poerio, che pur trovandosi in evidente difficoltà operativa per la stessa problematica, ha mostrato grande cortesia, disponibilità e professionalità.

Ritengo doveroso evidenziare tali comportamenti affinché si possa intervenire per garantire un clima più rispettoso e collaborativo in...
