This store provided the worst customer service I've ever had. The store clerk was beyond rude and lacked professionalism.

Part 2: My reply to the owner's reply: From your reply you continue to show your lack of professionalism and I now add hypocrisy. I was not impolite with you at all. I needed help and you offered little help and compassion. You served 3 clients while supposedly trying to help me and you then clearly said I was not your problem and you were not obliged to help me, yet you represent Windtre. The proof, the clerk in Siracusa Windtre store was everything you were not..i.e. extremely helpful, compassionate and kind...just the type of service we should expect as a paying Windtre customer. You are the one who lacked understanding and courtesy. Shame on you for turning the tables and making me look like the bad customer. I hope you learn from this and get a better understanding of what true...

Voglio condividere con tutti la mia esperienza più che positiva con questo negozio di telefonia. Vivo a Napoli,mia figlia adolescente è stata in gita in Sicilia e durante un giro per la città ha rotto il cellulare,ero nel panico più totale perché questo significava non poterla sentire spesso...ho pensato di cercare un negozio di smartphone nei paraggi e mi sono imbattuta in questo negozio:nessuna scelta fu più saggia! La ragazza che si trovava al negozio, Manolita è stata davvero eccezionale, disponibile, gentile e soprattutto empatica, ha colto subito il mio stato d'animo e mi ha aiutata. È stata per me un vero angelo....dopo che ho scelto il modello del cellulare l'ha consegnato direttamente a mia figlia nell'albergo dove alloggiava...che dista circa 20 minuti dal negozio.( Ci tengo a precisare che tutto ciò l'ha fatto gratis. ) Non smetterò mai di ringraziarti e di pensare a ciò che hai fatto. È raro trovare un servizio così attento e umano. Purtroppo non penso di poter avere l'onore di venire da persona e acquistare ancora da voi, ma mi rivolgo a chiunque vorrebbe acquistare uno smartphone: in questo negozio non solo troverete un buon prodotto ma anche una persona fantastica che si prende cura...
