We recently had the pleasure of visiting a quest room, and I must say that it was an unforgettable experience. The room was beautifully designed with a unique and imaginative theme, and the puzzles were non-standard, well-detailed, and challenging yet fun. The atmosphere was incredibly immersive, with intricate details and props that transported us to another world. What truly made the experience special was the administrator, Valentina. She was incredibly kind, helpful, and communicative, always ready to answer any questions and provide assistance when needed. Her infectious enthusiasm and passion for the quest room made the entire experience even more enjoyable. I was also impressed that all the quests can be played in English as in Italian, making it accessible to a wider audience. It was a mitigated experience, I come from France so maybe Italian escape room are a bit different, and actually we are not used to ask for hints. For me the game master was not following us and give us some things like "You have the good reasoning", which actually we had not. This is a place I think the Game Master needs to deal with the room + welcome people so the following is not excellent. Otherwise, the room is correct, but a big bad point: we did not understand what we had to do in the room ! No story at all, we were just there... Actually if someone did the Dante room, I would be curious what was supposed to be our goal ^^'

What a fun experience! We did 65% of the Dante's inferno room and had a blast.

We got stuck mid way and were too proud to ask for help. Only after 20 minutes or running around the assistant provided us with some much needed guidance that allowed us to proceed with the rest of the room.
