E così, un mese e diversi acquisti dopo, sono finalmente pronto a dare il mio verdetto! Questo è SICURAMENTE il miglior kebab che ho provato a Palermo!, prima di tutto, la carne è lavorata molto bene, NON sa di gomma e si scioglie LETTERALMENTE in bocca. in secondo luogo, ho provato a lasciare metà del kebab per la mattina e non ci crederai, ma è rimasto comunque gustoso e molto succoso, mentre altri di altri locali si sono letteralmente trasformati in una massa incomprensibile! Questo ragazzo non solo cucina bene il kebab (nella foto potete vedere come esce il succo e quanto sono cotti gli ingredienti), ma non lesina nemmeno sulla salsa. I suoi kebab sono sicuramente la creazione più buona di Palermo! Penso che ora sono pronto ad acquistare LETTERALMENTE tutto ciò che offre lo chef! Sono sincero e per favore rimani amichevole come sempre! Grazie per non avermi fatto annoiare e abbiamo parlato mentre cucinavi! La cosa più importante!
