I’ve been a Virtuoso-accredited and IATA-accredited travel advisor for the past 24 years. In all these years, I’ve have never - ever - experienced such a high level of service, attention to detail, professionalism and truly empathetic customer care.

This review is regarding bespoke luxury travel arrangements for a family from Sillicon Valley, California (2 adults and 3 teen age children). Every aspect of every service was PERFECT. Not a single glitch, error or omission. I repeat: everything was PERFECT. Pure, extraordinary service all the way from initial contact to after-departure.

Some travel advisors tend to be control freaks, obsessed with all sorts of microscopic details… I am one of those. Operations Manager Barbara and Owner Giovanni graciously orchestrated a highly personalized travel agenda around Positano during Amalfi Coast’s PEAK season (late July 20220) on an extremely short notice. Jaw-dropping guides everywhere, immaculate vehicles and vessels, and sublime drivers… including Giovanni himself which was completely unexpected and a superlative treat for the guests.

Barbara and Giovanni are profoundly resourceful and very well-connected. If they cannot make something happen, I really doubt somebody else can. I cannot recommend Barbara, Giovani and Benvenuto Limos high enough. There is no need to check the reviews of other bespoke luxury travel planners. I wish I had more clients choosing to travel to the Amalfi Coast to work with them more frequently. Barbara and Giovanni: you made me SHINE as a travel advisor, I could not be happier. BY FAR the best part of my 18 day trip to Paris and Italy! Our driver Luigi promptly arrived in a clean Mercedes and he was dressed to the nines and smelled expensive lol. He stopped wherever we wanted and opened doors like a perfect gentleman. He also would stop traffic for us if we needed to cross the road. He made great recommendations and provided much information of the sites we were witnessing. He took ys to many coastal towns including Sorrento Pisatano and the Amalfi Coast. Here is a tip. DO NOT shop at the limoncella factory. It is way to expensive! Do stop in and taste the limoncella, but do not buy unless you are not going on to Amalfi. As soon as you arrive in Amalfi there is a EXCELLENT family run limoncella store that had everything the factory had for half the price. That store is called Sattoria Zerranova. They also have a farm to table bead n breakfast with cooking classes i am so going to go there on my next trip. Anyway Luigi also found us an amazing Seafood place along the way called Le Brace. He kept calling ahead because many places had just closed because we came the week after tourist season. All in all it was worth EVERY penny my friend and i split the 300 eu they could have fit a 3rd person for the same price. What was supposed to be a smooth drive from Positano to Naples turned into one of the scariest moments of our lives. The driver assigned to us was speeding recklessly, hitting over 100mph, and not once did he listen when we asked him to slow down. He was distracted, careless, and ultimately caused a serious accident that we’re still dealing with today.

My brother ended up with a broken hand that has required multiple surgeries. On top of that, we lost valuable personal items including a brand-new phone, a professional camera, and luggage. The crash not only ruined our trip but left us with ongoing medical bills, pain, and emotional trauma.

Since the accident, we have tried countless times to get in contact with the company. We’ve been respectful and patient, waiting for any sign that they care about what happened. Months have passed and we still have no response. No one from the company or their legal team has acknowledged the incident at all.

It’s heartbreaking and frustrating. A company that truly values safety and customer care wouldn’t disappear after something like this.
