Cialì Bistrot — Restaurant in Praiano

If I could give this 6 stars, I would. WOW. This was the most incredible meal and the best we had in our stay on the Amalfi Coast, not just in Praiano.

The food was exquisite, the presentation equally so, and the service was impeccable. The menu is small - which we think is always a plus - and the flavours are fabulous. Everything was fresh, perfectly cooked, and so good we ordered another secondi it was so amazing! Wine by the glass was great. Didn’t have the dessert (may be regretting that now!) but appreciated the sip of local limoncello which was offered in different flavours (yes to the orange and blueberry!).

It is also very beautiful inside, wonderful interior design. You can see the kitchen and the chef doing his amazing things from your table and it is spotless.

Walked into this little gem by incredible luck, I got of the bus on my first day in Praiano and just was really hungry, so walked in and was very moved with the hospitality of the people who work here. The lady has such a warm smile and the guys work extremely hard for every guest that arrives. All of this would be great in itself but ofcourse we want to know about food... and that is mouthwatheringly good, from the antipasti and their other starters to the meat and fish, it is all extremely rich in flavours. And a great wine and other spirits list to combine it with. They went open just before Covid hit so can use any support they can get. This place must stay open in beautiful Praiano, it is simply too amazing. So go enjoy and be amazed with all those lovely people...

Simply a wonderful experience all around. Don't miss it.

CUISINE - extraordinary, innovative and spectacularly prepared. We shared several plates, and were extremely impressed.

STAFF - this is a three-person operation, featuring great chef (depicted on their website), and two fantastic and pleasant gentlemen who share the other duties (Gennaro, and Gennaro - yes, two of them :-) )

DESIGN - the restaurant is beautifully designed. Clean, bright, modern, spotless, and very welcoming. Every detail seems to have been well consididered...

So - even if the food is what might bring you here, the service and atmosphere will be a wonderful...
