I was at the mall with my brother and we decided to go into the store. I was our fisrst time heading about the brand and we were curious. When we first entered we were amazad by all the goos smelling quality products. The two girls that were at the store immediately started explaining what the different products can be used for. They were so polite and they even gave us 3 small gifts! I recommend this exact store in this exact location! (The bags are the gifts). We also had a great time shopping there and we would have spent more time there if we had free time but we will come back for sure. *If you are seeing this thank you again* :)

Lo staff è gentilissimo, sorridente e sempre super disponibile 😊🙌: ti spiegano i prodotti, ti fanno provare, ti consigliano con una pazienza infinita e sempre col sorriso 😍👏. Leggo ogni tanto recensioni di gente che si lamenta perché i commessi sarebbero “troppo insistenti” 🙄... ma davvero? 🤔 Io la trovo solo attenzione al cliente 💕: meglio essere seguiti con passione ed entusiasmo che entrare in un negozio dove nessuno ti considera! 🚫😒 Quindi a chi si lamenta rispondo: questo non è “asfissiante”, è prendersi cura dei clienti con passione e amore per quello che fanno 💪🌿. L’atmosfera in negozio è sempre colorata 🌈, profumata 🌸 e piena di energia positiva ✨. È impossibile non uscire con il sorriso 😁💖 (e con qualche coccola in più nello shopping bag 🛍️💆‍♀️). Il negozio di Rimini, come d'altronde ogni loro negozio, è un esplosione di colori e profumi. Stupendo! La commessa che mi ha assistito è stata davvero gentile e paziente, nonostante le mie mille richieste; davvero molto preparata e competente su ogni prodotto da me richiesto. Ero solo di passaggio, ma sono stata davvero soddisfatta e quando ricapiterò di nuovo, non esiterò a ripassare in negozio.

I went into the store without much knowledge about the products just a list on my phone, but the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful in guiding me to the right choice for my girlfriend.

Since I’m not from Italy and my Italian is almost non-existent, I really appreciated that they were happy to assist me in English. They made the whole experience easy and even turned it into a great conversation.

If you’re in the area and looking for beauty products, I can definitely recommend stopping...

Great service. All my questions were answered and I got more than what I came for. Because I could get all products at Lush only (instead different shops)

I got a few items but I couldn’t buy a big pot of conditioner because of flight regulations so I got a free sample of a smaller henna mask to have some product during my holiday in Rimini.

Lovely store and I left the shop...
