Our lunch here turned into a complete disappointment. The waiter took a long time to approach us – okay, the place was busy, we understood that. But after our order was taken, we waited 25 minutes for coffee and over an hour for pizza that never arrived. Meanwhile, guests who came after us got their pizzas much faster. Nobody warned us that the waiting time could be this long. When we decided to leave and pay only for the coffee, we were forced to pay an extra €20 for “service” and for the table. 2 Pizze + 2 birre= 36,50euro. Avremmo preso anche il dolce, se solo il cameriere ci avesse portato il menu, richiesto ma mai arrivato! Ci sono stato il 22/2 con mio figlio, le pizze erano lontanissime dallo standard Napoletano, nemmeno si avvicinavano. Il condimento almeno era accettabile. Abbiamo preso due pizze, una "DIAVOLA" E UNA LAZZARELLA. La prima, sostanzialmente un pizza cracker condita con sugo di pomodoro, salamino piccante e un latticino. La seconda, la Lazzarella, è una pizza fritta ripassata al forno, che ha la pretesa di una pizza fritta, ma non vale nemmeno la metà di quanto pagata, perché non soddisfa ne l'occhio, ne il palato e offendendo la tasca. Il servizio nel suo complesso lo definirei "finto gentile". Al responsabile ho fatto presente, dopo aver pagato il conto, che avrei consumato anche il dolce, se ci avessero, come richiesto, portato il menu. Per tutta risposta mi chiede: chi è stato? Ho risposto che io non faccio lo spione, lui dovrebbe sapere chi ci ha servito e lui per battuta mi dice: ok allora licenzio tutti!! Amico mio responsabile, fare battute, invece di scusarsi, dopo una onesta osservazione del cliente, è molto peggio del menu che non ci è mai arrivato. Perchè il cameriere, poverino, potrebbe anche aver commesso per la fretta un errore, ma tu non puoi metterla sul ridere dopo la mia segnalazione. Magari, invece di ridere, potevi chiedermi se tutto il resto fosse andato bene, e così avresti scoperto che anche le pizze che stai servendo ai tavoli, non sono per nulla all'altezza del marchio "Fratelli la Bufala", che conosco bene e lavora mediamente bene ovunque, tranne alle...

What a horrible place! VERY NOT KID-FRIENDLY! We came in with our child sleeping in her buggy, and the male server immediately told us „NO“ while literally waving his hand to shoo us away.
