I have a bad experience here in this is store 13/06/2022 9.30 am. There staff is unprofessional and racist. Me and my mother buy snartphone samsung s52s the staff there in telephone is talking to each another and not helping us. And the counter was too lazy and not salute us because were strangers in italy. 279 euro of telephone and we not got a bad experience. Bad employees..dont buy in this store better buy in amazon! I never doubt this store will close soon bad employees bad...

I am so dissapointed. Me and my boyfriend went there when there was not so many people. On the tablet section we waited almost 1 hour waiting for the staff. The staff was so bad he basically sees us and doesn't even give us proper guide. Last i decided on buying one and yet he didn't even tell me where I can get it. I got the number 4 times just to talk to that arrogant guy. Yet i couldn't even buy it as he kept running away and we just get...

They don't deserve one star also me and my husband went to buy iphone the staff are literally telling us to watch from the old scrates mirror the funniest thing was he didnot allow us to see phone in by own hand instead of they even didn't sell the phone they treat customer like they r working for free there will never...
