Victoria Regeneration SPA — Local services in Rome

On September 24, I came to the spa to relax. I was traveling from Hungary. The journey took many hours. At the entrance I was told that there were no tickets to the spa and I was not allowed in. I tried to book a spa two weeks in advance, wrote and called here. But the SPA website is not working; You will not be able to use it to pay for your spa reservation. The phone number listed on the site does not work; there is an answering machine. I wrote to the administrator on Facebook, but he refused to help me book tickets to the spa. I will never return to this spa or recommend it to my friends. Terrible attitude towards customers. I was left unsatisfied. I wanted to rest here before the long journey home, but in the end I spent a lot of nerves and time, as well as money on a taxi to get to this place. I was forced to just go to the beach with my suitcase, since I was not allowed into the spa, although I explained the situation to the administrator, but he did not...

The spa setting is beautiful, and it's genius to have the large windows and dome-like space right at the edge of the ocean. There was clearly so much thought originally put into the design of the spa.

However, the condition of the spa now is unfortunate. Several of the additional offerings ("wellness package") are closed/out of order. I was charged for a 3hr experience of that, but only a couple of the many listed offerings were actually in service.

Also, I booked a 1hr massage, and arrived 5 min after the start of my booking (my fault- I took a wrong turn while driving and wound up in lots of traffic). Still, my massage was cut early (maybe 5min before the end of the hour) in addition to the late start.

It's a beautiful place with so much potential. But it's not good business to charge people for services that don't exist, and to cut time short on services paid by time length. I'd appreciate a partial...

A wonderful place for a top class experience. Victoria Spa was recommended to us by the receptionist at our accommodation and it exceeded all expectations. We were warmly greated when we visited to enquire about what was on offer. A tailored visit was set up for us with appropriate massages for each of us. On the day, we enjoyed the swimming pool and the various hydro therapy options, before being presented with prosecco and nibbles. This was followed by our massages which were excellent. The young man who gave my massage is a credit to Victoria Spa. It was relaxing but firm where he found knots in my shoulders, and the facial was a delight.
