Overall the food was splendid, I got the frittura di pesce (fried fish platter) and the batter was delicate and light as well as filling... The fish was fresh and full of flavour. Food gets a solid 8/10 for flavour. Price 7/10. Staff however get an abysmal 3/10. Very slow and insouciant at the best of times. If it wasn't for the blonde waitress with good English this would be a one star. She was friendly and attentive to our needs and definitely the reason this place is not getting 1 star. Cool people, good music, drinks were pricey but good👍 The first few times I visited, they played cool garage rock and roll, but switched to top-40 pop later in the evening. We had one night left in Italy after an amazing 3 weeks. We needed to be near the airport so we stayed in Ostia. Went for a walk and happened upon Vittoria’s. It was great!
