Arcobaleno Beach — Restaurant in Rome

Very terrible experience. We came early and asked kindly to get a table by the sunset as it was nearly empty, but they told us it was all booked, and gave us the worst table in the corner. We sat there for an hour and a half, and no one came to the tables, so we could easily have sat there, we even asked twice. Then, we ordered and they forgot one main dish, so my food got cold while waiting for my girlfriends food to finally arrive. The food was bad. We asked the waiter the price of a drink, he said 7 but on the bill it was 9 so when paying I pointed this out, and they laughed in my face over 2 euros. Who cares about 2 euros, it was the principle of such a bad service. We told the manager that we had a bad experience, and her response was ‘Okay, bye’ with an attitude. Overall very terrible restaurant and cocky and arrogant workers, at least from that night. If I could give 0 stars I would,...

I have been here today for lunch, food was great, seafood very fresh, location in the outside seats stunning, our waiter very knowledgeable and friendly great asset for the business.

In the down side when we walked in at 1230pm, there was a lot of front staff, all flustered with an empty restaurant. Tall male staff with glasses harassing other staff member in the main entrance, in front of all customers, shame on you mate, if you are a sup or manager act like one and feedback your staff in the back of the house. Our group felt embarrassed seeing this situation and the staff member was extremely uncomfortable in the beginning of the service? Hope it's not an acceptable behavior in your work place.

Hosts needs more training to be polite, smiley and how to behave upon guest's arrivals. May be time to evaluate who is in charge of the floor as we asked for a manager but no one...

Giornata organizzata per festeggiare due eventi della nostra famiglia molto importanti, prenotiamo per il tirno delle 14, arriviamo puntuali, ci accomodiamo ed il cameriere viene per l'ordinazione. Ordiniamo i primi piatti ed il cameriere ci dice che per la grande quantità di lavoro ci sarebbe da aspettare più di venticinque minuti e ci invita per ammazzare l' attesa di ordinare degli antipasti ( cosa che avremmo evitato ) ed accettiamo. Chiediamo del vino ma al momento di portarlo non portano il porta cestello, lo chiediamo ripetutamente ma niente, alla fine lo abbiamo preso ad un altro tavolo dove avevano terminato il pranzo. Arrivano gli antipasti, chiediamo un coltello ripetutamente...mai arrivato. Mangiamo gli antipasti, arrivano i primi. Vorremmo ordinare i secondi, chiamiamo ripetutamente il cameriere, ma niente. La tavola non ci viene sparecchiata, continuiamo a chiamare il cameriere che alla fine si degna di venire. " Che dolci gradite" ci viene detto, veramente vorremmo ordinare i secondi, ribattiamo. Ci viene detto che la cucina alle 15 chiudeva, che ci era stato comunicato e lo dice in un modn piccato e sgradito. Ora siamo una tavolata di sei persone e nessuno ha sentito questa cosa, ribadiamo al cameriere che non ce lo aveva detto, lui rimane sui suoi passi ed aggiunge che se non ci stava bene quello che ci aveva detto di andarsi a lamentare alla cassa. Continua a chiederci se vogliamo i dolci, ma ovviamente la nostra risposta è che ce li saremmo presi altrove. Andiamo alla cassa e comunichiamo la lamentela, ma non ci hanno preso proprio in considerazione, è atdto come dirci, " lamentatevi pure tanto sapete i clienti che ho." Non hanno provato a scusarsi e rimediare. Gestione pessima del cameriere ma soprattutto della proprietà, ci hanno rovinato una giornata che doveva essere di festa....
