Today around 2:30 PM, I bought two toys at the store in Piramidi mall. The shop assistant, a young man with brown hair, was very kind. Even though I don’t speak Italian and only speak English, he was very kind and accommodating and spoke to me in English — which is quite rare in this area and in Italy in general. I wish more store employees were as well-educated and helpful as he was. Compliments and thank you again! Rating: 5 stars...

Il locale è ben fornito sicuramente. I prezzi sono altissimi rispetto al supermercato, sia per cioccolata che per biscotti e merendine. La nota dolente non è però questa. Le commesse non sono affatto cortesi, anzi direi poco sorridenti e per nulla affabili col cliente. Ho ricevuto 2 risposte a muso duro in 2 occasioni diverse. Non tornerò e non lo consiglio. Aggiungo, il volume della musica è altissimo e assai fastidioso rispetto alla media del centro...
