Torri D'Europa — Local services in Trieste

To whom may I concern,

I have a complaint about your employee. I was on holiday in Trieste and I was shopping in Oviesse Torri shopping mall, twice that day (12th of December 2018,). Second time (around 5 pm) your employee Vicky was very very rude. Actually she didnt want to use my loyalty card made that day. Apart of her excuse that is not possible, because she did the payment already, she was putting blame on me that is my fault that I didnt notify her that I have loyalty card. Even if I was showing her desperately all bills and receipts with discount which I got that day for becoming a loyalty customer. But also she did not even ask me as she asked two boys before me. Why, because Im a woman? Or because Im a foreigner??? Or some other reason? She did not care and was very rude with her attitude "take one more discount and next time do the points". I went very angry and on the same time humiliated in front of the other people, but her colleague who was very nice, stopped me and did the points for me. So one more proof that it was possible. I could understand from my experience that she had bad daym but still Vicky did not stop with her behavior and she was ironically shouting after me "arrivederci, arrivederci" SHAME!!!

I should point that I work as a manager in other country, in one branded shop, very famous in the whole Europe and I know what is good customer service and how employees should act with the costumers. Vickys attitude is unacceptable. I made effort to speak your Italian language and she was humiliating me in front of the others!!! Such a shame!!! Shall I ever come back again and shop in OVS??? Torri d’Europa is one of the best shopping centers in Trieste. It has a great variety of shops, restaurants, and services, making it perfect for quick errands and shopping. Although we can enter from both sides be advised the entrance from west side shall be closed after 8pm. The mall is clean, well-maintained, and easy to navigate, with plenty of parking. A shopping mall where one can find 3 big shoe stores, garment shops, game stores for kids, restaurants, supermarket, a big electronic world. For book lovers there is a big book store where you can find books written by great Indian philosopher and yogi (Osho, Paramahansa Yogananda) translated in Italian. The options for food are not wide.
