I had a mixed experience at this shop. I bought several items for a total of €60, but was mistakenly charged €70 when paying by card. I only noticed the overcharge after checking my bank app later. Fortunately, when I returned, the owner refunded me the €10 in cash, and her attitude was polite. Still, I believe mistakes like this shouldn’t happen, so I strongly recommend that future customers double-check the amount on the card reader before confirming payment. Another issue was the inaccurate opening hours listed on Google. The shop is supposed to be open until 19:00, but when I arrived at 18:45, it was already closed. I returned the next morning at 10:40, and it was still not open. I waited almost an hour outside, and only managed to reach the owner thanks to the help of a very kind neighboring shop. Without his assistance, I might have waited even longer. The products were nice and the staff was not rude, but the payment error and unreliable opening hours caused unnecessary stress. I hope the shop improves...
