This store has every appliance and electronic device imaginable. It's similar to a best buy or circuit city type of store in the US. Be careful about pricing, we've seen the memory cards in different sections of the store marked for double in one section as the other, i.e. photo/camera department versus cell phone department, same exact product, two locations in the same store, different prices. Not sure what it would have rung up as at the register, maybe just a label wasn't updated in a long time, not really sure. The price of the memory card we bought was a few euros more than could be bought on Amazon without the shipping, so it was worth it to have it immediately in hand for the 2 or 3 extra euros. Also note, while there are photomat type of kiosks in the store, it's not 1 hour, or instant, but rather a few days for prints. PESSIMO SERVIZIO e POCA VOGLIA DI LAVORARE e RISCHIO ASSEMBRAMENTO ELEVATO. Ho fatto un'acquisto online (TUTTO GIA PAGATO) di 2 giochi per ps4, 1 monitor e 1 cellulare e 1 tastiera il 13 di Novembre , già da ritirare in negozio, ma ancora nessuna informazione a riguardo. Sono passati oramai più di 17 GIORNI e provato a chiamare ripetutamente (oltre le 100 chiamate) in questi giorni ma non risponde nessuno oppure il cellulare squilla e poi mettono giu. Partendo dal presupposto che il negozio Mediaworld Cinisello non c'entra niente con gli ordini online è ridicolo aver dovuto aspettare più di 1 ora di coda(fila per ritiro merce) per sentirmi dire che il mio ordine non risultava dopo aver provato per una giornata intera a contattare telefonicamente senza nemmeno darmi possibilità di parlare con un responsabile o una persona del servizio online per avere informazioni. Sono stato contattato lunedì scorso dicendomi che la spedizione aveva avuto un ritardo e che il tutto sarebbe arrivato entro 96H, sono passati 7 giorni e ancora niente, ho chiamato ma cade la linea, ho scritto e non mi hanno risposto, sono stato in attesa perdendomi pure il perdiodo conveniente visto il Black Friday e Cyber Monday. La cosa più sconcertante e grave oltre a questo servizio imbarazzante, è il rischio di assembramento che si può trovare all'interno del negozio. RIDICOLO che un posto come la Mediaworld non abbia provveduto a mettere dei thermoscanner con un pc o tablet in grado di rilevare la temperatura in automatico prima di entrare dentro il negozio. La temperatura viene rilevata solo a chi deve entrare nel negozio dalla persona di sicurezza, facendo si che nella hole( dentro al negozio) diventi stra colma di persone che devono entrare o che semplicemente come me vogliono avere info su un ordine già pagato oltre 17 giorni, senza alcun controllo della temperatura, e assembrando più gente nella hole che nel negozio stesso. Motivo per il quale anche molti dei loro dipendenti hanno preso il covid in quanto non vengono fatte neanche le igienizzazioni del caso (nessun cartello presente che segnali ciò nonostante i casi positivi lì dentro). Capisco il momento particolare di difficoltà e soprattutto l'elevato flusso di gente e quindi il carico di lavoro, ma 2 sole persone in cassa con 185 persone già dentro sono poche considerando che nel reparto info c'erano solo 2 persone di cui solo 1 per il ritiro della merce che si assentava ogni 20 minuti . Esperienza davvero stressante e deprimente sconsiglio il servizio online e soprattutto RISCHIO ALTISSIMO DI...

I would say that this is a place where you should go in with very, very low expectations. The staff, if you can find one, aren't able to provide any more help than the label on the product gives and the range on offer (as well as the prices) make you leave with the sensation that "I should probably have just looked on Amazon".

The business model here might have been really smart ten years ago, but I think that stores like this one probably won't be with us for much longer.

If you're thinking of going here (just because you want that gadget NOW) I'd seriously suggest getting an Amazon Prime Now account and just buying it there. The money you save on the one purchase will likely pay for your Prime Now and you won't have to suffer the ordeal which is shopping...
