Ok, start positive. Big place if you need a crash pad for up to 11 people. 8 beds and tatami room/mats available.

Location, not great really. Plus, the physical location of the house is wedged in between 4 other houses. After check in, you still get crazy email that says don't talk loud after 9 pm, and the only area available to turn around is the neighbors property and they may call the cops....like really!! Ridiculous. Oh, and if you have more than one vehicle, it will not fit because of the narrow parking area and overgrown weeds and shrubs.

Inside the house, beds were comfortable.

The toilet rooms (2) were nice, one upstairs and one down.

The only shower room was absolutely awful. Mold everywhere, they didn't even try to clean or bleach it. The mold radiates thought the house, so if you have any allergies to mold and funk be aware. Plus the cheap plastic walls and ceilings were sagging and about to crumble in. Absolutely unacceptable. This place should not be rented again until the shower is repaired.

Also to mention, there was remnants of pet hair/dander throughout. Cleaning service is not the best. Small details, like the grossness of under the washing machine lid and under toilet lid. Gross.

I would never stay in this place again. Many houses at the same price and more...

Our recent stay at Villa Yawaragi was an absolute delight. This charming Japanese-style house provides a perfect blend of traditional aesthetics and modern comforts, making it an ideal retreat for families or groups.

The villa features two well-maintained toilets and a clean, spacious bathroom, which were more than sufficient for our group of eight. The fully functional kitchen was a highlight, equipped with everything we needed to prepare meals, adding a cozy, home-like feel to our stay. The living and dining areas provided ample space for relaxation and family gatherings.

However, the true gem of Villa Yawaragi is its spectacular view of Mt. Fuji. Waking up to the breathtaking scenery each morning was a serene experience, and it remained the backdrop to many cherished moments during our visit.
