THE NOBORISAKA HOTEL — Hotel in Fujikawaguchiko

This is a very nice and convenient hotel if you want to go to Fujiten Ski Resort or FujiQ Highland, since it's in a very accessible area by car from these 2 locations. My husband and I stayed there while spending time skiing at Fujiten Ski Resort this weekend and we have no complaints whatsoever. Big parking lot, smooth check in/check out process (the guy was a little lost with the card machine since we paid with card and the Japanese probably pay by cash, but he worked things out in the end), the beds are quite comfortable for such a cheap hotel (my husband and I paid 13,000 yen per night, for both of us), the room was very clean and the TV was a smart TV (has Netflix, Youtube, Hulu, Prime etc) for those who like us, don't like Japanese channels. They have hot springs available on sight (separated by gender) and the facilities inside the hot springs are quite nice and clean as well. They have a couple of amazing massage chairs that guests can use for free. They have restaurants on site as well, even though they were closed due to the New Year holiday. This hotel is a bit far from Kawaguchiko station nor it is on any bus route. However if you are driving, it's a quick reach from Kawaguchiko station. I booked the family room at the corner, even though I travel solo, and I love it. The room is super clean and very spacious. There's a separate area for the foyer where you put all your coats and shoes. Then you can enter the bedroom slash living area, there are two large queen beds and in the living area you'll see the lounge area with sofa and table. The bathroom is super spacious, where there are toilet section, dry area and wet area of the bathroom which includes showers and bath tub. The view of Mt fuji is stunning from this bathroom. There's also balcony where you can hang around to view mount fuji. There are supermarket across the street, Lawson is just behind the second building of the hotel and many restaurants nearby. Overall, I am very satisfied of this hotel will definitely visit here again...

Affordable hotel with the view of mt fuji! The view is amazing! I booked multiple nights with the hotel and totally enjoyed my stay.

Room is spacious. The hotel aircon/heater is managed by the hotel Central system. I liked the cold so I'll manually open a bit of the window to let some air in if the room is too toasty.

Remember to book the room that specifies it has the mountain view. I also realised that their own hotel website has more availability than other third party sites like agoda/booking.com.

Good water pressure and every room comes with the humidifier.

Free parking at the hotel.

There's a nice beef grill restaurant and Shabu shabu restaurant nearby.

Tip: Book the room at the main building (which is closest to the reception and the onsen is also at the main building) West wing is an annex which need to walk quite a distance (which is bad when you are so tired already). enjoy the massage chair after the onsen at...
