Wow I don’t understand how they are not 5-star rating. It’s free access to public. Well maintained and constantly improving. Staff throughout the premises are friendly and helpful. Not to mention the stunning view. They have so many wonderful spots for photo. The photo opportunities with Mt Fuji as a backdrop was amazing. The greenhouse was well organized with colorful flowers. And if you want to pay extra 500yens to go up to observation deck, you can but in my opinion, the lower level already stunning. And exit through gift shop they have vanilla, or blueberry or mix soft serve icecream for 400yens. One of the best soft serve I’ve had. The staff also gave us peach tea tasting along with blueberry& grape juice. If you have time, please check them out. These people...
Read moreQuaint place with amazing hospitality. We stopped by this place spontaneously and realised that it’s prettier and more enjoyable than what we thought it would be from Google reviews. I thought it would be just a garden but it’s so beautifully landscaped and there’re so many photo spots where you can take fun pictures with Mount Fuji. There’s even Doraemon’s Anywhere Door! The blueberry soft serve that they sell at the gift shop was to die for and the staff served us free samples of peach tea, blueberry juice and raisins. We left with souvenirs such as lavender pillows and sachets which were rather reasonably priced (for the pillow). It was a relaxing experience compared to the other tourist spots which were full of crowds. And it was free entry! That’s the most...

Far better imo: FREE, peace and quiet, no automated music displays (obviously go to music forest if you actually want that), herbs which you can smell, touch and even taste as teas in the shop. The shop itself has a great collection of items from cosmetics to food. It was a cloudy day when I visited but the Fujisan deck offers a great view (500¥). The garden also has HUGE semi precious stones so they’re even giving the gem museum a run for their money. Highly recommend this place for a relaxing stroll, enjoy the aromas in the air and soak...
