受付時注意。書類無くされそうになりました。

順番待つ際、番号札など一才なし。 他の人に順番を抜かされそうになるので、 きちんと順番を見ておきましょう。

背後に注意。個人情報を話しているに、 勝手に後ろに立ってる患者がいます。 担当者も受付周囲で立っている人に関して、 何も気づかない。

とにかく初診予約の電話から不愉快。

【初診予約時】 近隣の病院紹介でここの病院行くのですが、 予約時のスタッフが耳が遠すぎる おばさんなのか何回も聞き返されとても不愉快。

この病院関係には全く世話になったことが ないのに旧姓まで聞かれる始末。

もう1箇所の病院が非常勤の医師ばかりに なるので、仕方がなくこちらへ行く予定ですが正直ここまで酷い口コミの病院は初めてです。

【入院支援窓口について】

入院する事になり説明を受けに行きました。 ここはヤバい！正面入り口入って すぐが入院に関する窓口がある。 近くには受付。壁もない丸見えの状態で入院についての事前説明が開始。

持病を持っている人にとってここは腹立つところ。壁もない状態で持病を大きな声で復唱。 順番並んだ際に渡した書類を提出したものを 短時間で紛失、受付時受け取った男性がきちんと書類を置いてなかったのに謝罪なし。

個人情報に関することなのに、 入口入ってすぐで壁もなし。丸見え状態。 どうかしてるこの病院。

他の方の口コミのとおり。 一部の医師と看護師さんは説明が上手いが。

入院支援窓口といい患者を更に悪くさせる環境。

入院説明最後の内容がおかしかった。 『退院の時どんな風になって帰りたい？』って変な質問されました。そりゃあ完治して帰りたいから病院来てるでしょうが！

手術したらしばらく痛みが続くのに、 何変なことこの担当者は行ってるのだろうか？

もう少しまともに個人情報を取り扱える ちゃんとした人間を窓口に置くべき。
