The first rude person I have met in Japan. At a restaurant no less.

I admit when traveling I should have some understanding of the local language. I called for a reservation for 6:30. The person on the phone said the restaurant was only available at 7.

What she meant was that their last call was at 7.

We showed up at 7:10. We were greated terribly. So rude. ... and there was a table for us and they were still serving other dinners.

I've traveled the world. I've had plenty of miscommunication but nothing like this. I've never felt so unwelcome.

This restaurant is famous because the stove is made from a lava stone and the heat source is from the lava itself. Besides that, the quality of its meat is the best and the taste is perfect.
