This is the subway station to alight and walk 15min to reach cable car station - Mt Nakogiriyama.

From Shinjuku JR Station there is an express train to reach here : Limited Express Sazanami (Operate on Weekend only) Shinjuku Hamakanaya Station : 9.41am & 10:55am Hamakanaya Station Shinjuku : 3:31pm & 4:23pm about 2 hours journey.

At Cable Station there is a food court that can enjoy rice or noodle with mountain...

Small local stations. Needless to say you should not expect toilet to be there inside, neither warm closed space. Simple go through gate station. If you go to a Nihon-ji on foot from this station, in total it'll take you 1h to climb up. On the way down i recommend choose another hiking route that will bring you to...
