Ajihana — Restaurant in Futtsu

Ramen and Donburi are extremely delicious! Everyone, including some local costumers, in the store are very friendly, made us feel like home!! I really like this place and their delicious food, hope I can visit here again....

海藻とろろチャーシューメンが美味しい。『海藻とろろ』は赤藻(あかも)という昆布の仲間を使っていて香りがとても良い。とろみのあるスープは寒い日に身体が温まる。

海藻とろろとチャーシュー以外の具材は仕入れ次第で変わるらしく、その時々での変化も楽しめそうで期待。ご飯物も試していきたいが、ずけ丼も仕入れ次第で魚が変わっていくとのことで一回ではなく、季節ごとに訪問して堪能していきたい。

個人店でもあり、このコロナ禍で営業時間か変更されることも考えられるため、確実に行きたい場合は事前に確認した方が良いかも。

お店を営むご夫婦はとても気さくな方で居心地が良い。メディアに載るような一過性のブームとかではなく、日常の一部として大事にしたいお店だった。

Also business hour may be changed, especially under the recent coronavirus pandemic situation. I recommend asking by a call ahead or taking it easy, Que Será, Será.
